Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING:
- Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped, you will receive your tracking number.
- Most orders are processed in 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed.
- We only ship within the continental US at this time and do not offer international shipping.
- We ship via USPS Priority or Ground. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Ensure that you verify the shipping address at time of purchase. Midnight Melts is not liable for packages delivered to an incorrect address as entered by the buyer and we are unable to change or alter an address after you've placed an order.
SUMMER SHIPPING METHOD:
- We're taking extra steps to ensure your wax melts arrive in the best condition during the summer heat. Here are some tips you can use to "beat the summer heat":
- Quick Retrieval: Bring your package inside as soon as it's delivered to avoid having them sit in the heat.
- Rehardening Tips: If your melts are soft upon arrival, leave them in their closed clamshells (label side up) in a cool, dark place for a few days, or pop them into the fridge or freezer for 30-60 minutes to harden. Afterward, you can store them at room temperature.

RETURNS:
- Due to the nature of the product, returns are only accepted if the packaging box is returned, seal intact & in the condition in which it was sent.
- Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer & your refund will be processed once the returned items have been received.
- If your item was damaged in transit, please reach out & include photos of the item, the shipping box & packaging materials.
- We really want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item & I'll help however I can. After 7 days of receipt, no refunds or returns will be able to be processed.
